Boeing Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) is seeking an Office Administrator to join our business support team in Everett, Washington. The Boeing Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) is responsible for the design and production of internally fabricated commercial interior products including stowage bins, linings, furnishings, decorative laminates and composite panels.
Located at two sites – Boeing Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) Washington in Everett and Boeing Interiors Responsibility (IRC) South Carolina in Ladson – the Boeing Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) team provides products and services for all Boeing Commercial Airplane programs, as well as aftermarket opportunities through Boeing Global Services.

Position Responsibilities:70% office administrator type of work:
Coordinate and process domestic and international travel arrangements, monitor designated business traveler's logistics, generate expense reports and assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards.
Collect and compile data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature
Create, edit and maintain electronic and written communication
Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations.
Verbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences.
Prepare reports, presentations and flow charts
Process incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
Prioritize and schedule management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of resources
Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
Order and maintain office supplies
Plan and implement logistics for internal and external events and meetings
Work under general supervision

30% business analyst/staff analyst of work:
Under general supervision assembles data from multiple sources using applicable schedules
Under general supervision participates with organizational leaders in the development and implementation of plans and objectives (e.g. long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives) to meet requirements
Contributes by gathering data from multiple sources to compile reports of moderate scope and complexity for management reviews and tracking performance to plan
Assists in the research and evaluation of organizational administrative issues of moderate scope and complexity
Under general supervision supports meetings and reviews to ensure that visibility is provided on appropriate and required information
Supports leadership in determining the purpose and content of each meeting/review coordinates and compiles briefings and utilizes appropriate technologies to enable global interaction/collaboration
Contributes to the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget assists in monitoring and tracking execution of the plan and communicates status of the plan
Under general supervision plans and coordinates facility requirements by interfacing with focal points to satisfy the needs of the business
Under general supervision participates in the planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and morale

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
High School Diploma/GED requirement or higher
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
3+ years of experience planning and implementing logistics for internal and external events and meetings
1+ years of experience have making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports
1+ years of experience managing schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook (GRP calendars, distribution lists, conference room booking)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience preparing/formatting meeting minutes, correspondence and reports
1+ year experience as a receptionist
1+ years ordering office supplies
Experience with Tableau
An associates or higher degree

Typical Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
