Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated NON-Alcoholic Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by delivering beverages and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their drink orders promptly
- Serve beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage service area
- Upsell additional beverages or menu items to customers
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
Skills
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and calculating bills
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards
- Ability to upsell and recommend beverage options based on customer preferences
- Previous experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Culinary background or interest in food and beverage industry is advantageous

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
