Receptionist/Office Assistant

Seeking to hire a bright and enthusiastic receptionist/office assistant on a full-time basis. Candidates must possess good communication skills, pleasant speaking voice, bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required. This person must be punctual, reliable, have superior organizational skills, the ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize. Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting clients and guests, taking and providing detailed messages, maintain reception area and general office tasks including: copying, filing, faxing and light data entry. The ideal candidate will be familiar with case management software, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
