Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative

We are seeking customer service agents with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude for our Service BDC (Business Development Center). This individual will receive calls, determine the nature of the caller's needs, and assist accordingly. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for reaching out to customers to set appointments via Toyota Service Connect, the Toyota Owner’s app for everything vehicle ownership.
Extensive training provided. All that we ask is you show up with a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
Pay is hourly ($14) + commission ($10 per Service Connect Appt). Consistent monthly schedule provided.

Qualifications:
- Clean criminal record
- Experience with scheduling programs is a plus (?? ask Laura about verbiage)
