Must be:
- Minimum of a Journeyman's license in Michigan (or equivalent work experience)
- Able to work full time
- Have a clean driving record
- Have necessary hand tools
- Self motivated and able to efficiently self direct
- Proven experience with residential installation
- Approach work with a "can do" attitude
Not necessary but beneficial:
- Certified to check back flow preventers
- Able to install boilers
- Desire to mentor/teach apprentices on the job
