The RGA specialist is often tasked with organizing returns and keeping accurate, detailed records. The RGA Specialist may need to look over return data and ensure that it is accurate; this data may be presented to other parties within the company to help improve product efficiency and sales techniques. Additionally, in some cases, the RGA specialist follows up with customers to help pinpoint trends.
1-2 years’ experience as technician in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferably electro-mechanical)
Must be able to read basic electrical drawings
Professional demeanor and communication skills across all levels of production and administration
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage changing business conditions is essential.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be asked to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
