This position oversees Franchise development activity. This position must prospect and execute hotel franchise agreements. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaboration with corporate, relationship management, forecasting executions/openings, and communication with potential and existing customers. The Franchise Seller makes decisions with the help and guidance of their respective Senior Vice President. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships. There are no supervisory responsibilities with this position.
