Your role at Sephora:
The Associate Fraud Analyst will mainly focus on the analysis of customer purchasing behavior and order data to identify fraudulent transactions placed on Sephora.com. As an Associate Fraud Analyst, you will be reporting to the Associate Fraud Manager.

Review and analyze e-commerce (online) orders for potential fraud in our fraud tool, Forter.
Analyze, provide and communicate feedback with issues recognized within fraud tools.
Analyze chargeback data to prevent future risk and loss.
Maintain a 24 hour service level agreement when working assigned orders for investigation.
Work closely with the Client Services team and other business partners to ensure our clients receive best service and solution.
Collaborate with Risk Manager in regards to internal cases.
Navigate through various fraud tools and verification systems.
Recognize areas of improvement with fraud processes.
Collab with management to ensure process improvements are implemented.

We’re excited about you if you have:
High School Diploma.
Prior fraud experience in Loss Prevention or Customer Service preferred.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Ability to identify potential fraud through natural curiosity.
Moderate computer skills required.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS excel preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to apply email etiquette.
Ability to stay on task.
Independent, self-motivated, team player.
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.
Punctuality and schedule adherence is essential.
Must be flexible and be ready to work in a dynamic shift environment – weekends, holiday and evening shifts may be required.
