About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven User Engagement Associate who will often be the first point of contact with potential https://techhire.careers customers and will set the tone for the job seeker experience. The User Acquisition Associate will be outbound prospecting in Rhode Island and supporting the Community Engagement Manager to generate new leads, effectively follow up with leads, convert leads to users, and hand off job seeker relationships to the Customer Success team. This is a three month contract position, with the possibility of renewal at the end of three months. The salary for this position is $25 per hour, 40 hours a week.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Community Engagement Manager to create an outbound prospecting strategy and to help fill and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads of job seekers
  • Create a meaningful first impression to our prospects by providing them with a meaningful experience and overview of our value proposition
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Communication/Marketing team to share best practices and continuously learn and develop.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative & compelling follow-ups
  • Organize and attend local events to drive awareness of TechHire.Careers and engage directly with prospects
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals of sourced qualified leads and converted customers
  • Record and track data and interactions using Salesforce and Intercom.

You should have:

  • Experience in lead generation, sales, customer service, account management, recruiting or a similar function
  • Clear communication: You have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into simple and engaging terms with your audience in mind.
  • People-centered approach: You enjoy engaging with people and have a talent for building and managing strong relationships that achieve outcomes. You are comfortable working in teams and can build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
