We are seeking to fill a key position in our Revenue Department. The desired candidate is an individual that has a passion to drive revenue through creative means. This individual must possess a strong attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Position Summary:
This role develops pricing strategies, competitive analysis and forecasts revenue for Nemacolin Woodlands Resort to ensure that occupancy, average daily rate and market share are achieved. Additionally, the role will be responsible for working with many areas of the resort to recommend sales strategies and promotions. This position will report directly to the Director of Revenue. Essential Functions:
Develop pricing strategies including rooms, packages and promotions to optimize revenue opportunities
Effectively forecast financial performance across multiple departments
Conduct Competition Analyses and adjust strategy
Evaluating trends in the economy and hospitality industry
Affect all lines of business including rooms, spa, food & beverage, golf and other related departments
Generation of daily revenue reports as well as ad hoc requests
Additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management preferred
Previous reservations or revenue management experience required
Proven leader with strong organizational, team building, and business management skills
Strong knowledge of hotel property systems, including but not limited to Springer-Miller HOST, SpaSoft, SynXis, IDeaS G3 and Microsoft Office programs
Experience in Delphi and the Navis platform is also desired
Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
