Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Transaction Coordinator with a North Carolina real estate license and Notary Public certification to manage the intricate details of real estate transactions from contract to close. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of time management. The role involves being the critical liaison between clients, lenders, attorneys, and our team, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract through closing, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other key stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction files, ensuring all required documentation is complete and properly filed.
- Collaborate with the listing and buyer agents to manage timelines, deadlines, and contingencies.
- Ensure high attention to detail and accuracy in all paperwork, communications, and scheduling.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the transaction process and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Assist in resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during the transaction, working closely with all parties involved.
- Provide weekly updates to agents and clients regarding the status of transactions.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with team members, clients, and third-party professionals, ensuring smooth collaboration and a high level of service.
Requirements:
- Must hold a current North Carolina real estate license.
- Must be a Notary Public in North Carolina (or willing to obtain certification).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, lenders, attorneys, and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in transaction management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of North Carolina real estate contracts, timelines, and legal requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Real estate administrative: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
