Position: Administrative Analyst
Location: On-site Fairfax, Virginia 22035

Job Summary:
- The Administrative Analyst provides critical support in the development, implementation, and management of communications and information technology systems.
- This role involves detailed technical analysis, preparation of specifications and budgets, and program management services.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government or critical infrastructure sectors, particularly in communications technologies such as land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Development: Gather and define project requirements from inception to completion for communications and information technology systems.

Technical Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of technical aspects related to communications and IT systems. Prepare detailed technical specifications and system budgets.

Project Management: Develop and manage project timelines, benchmarks, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

System Improvement Recommendations: Assess current systems and provide recommendations for optimization, development, and maintenance efforts.

Program Management: Oversee overall program management, including the preparation and delivery of presentations to national, state, and local officials.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to project requirements, specifications, and system evaluations.
Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree or professional certification is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in the government or critical infrastructure industry, with direct experience in land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications.
Skills:

Expertise in technical analysis and system evaluation.

Strong project management skills, including budget preparation and timeline management.

Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to high-level officials.

Proficiency in preparing technical specifications and project documentation.
