Pay Range: $19+ per hour
Position purpose
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

Pull and analyze insurance eligibility within a timely manner.

Communicate insurance changes with appropriate staff.

Upload insurance documents to client’s profiles.

Make outbound calls to customers in regard to insurance changes and updates.

Communicate issues as they arise to the team.

Communicate in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Sufficient knowledge with Medical Insurance policies preferred. Previous employment from a Medical Insurance Company or Insurance Verification position held with another company.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers and telephones
Work Environment: Position will train in the corporate office and then work remotely.
Physical Requirements: Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an Eligibility Specialist such as sitting for 90 percent of the day; Able to handle deadlines and any associated stress triggered by multiple staff demands and deadlines.
