The Prince & The Pauper restaurant in Woodstock Village is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Fine-Dining Executive Chef who will enjoy preparing our well-known signature dishes while applying creative culinary skills to create new and exciting menu items for our customers. The Chef will supervise and work directly with our talented staff in the production, preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality and productivity standards. Culinary and leadership skills and experience are required to personally perform cooking tasks while leading the staff and managing all food-related functions; including but not limited to food costing, inventory and menu mangement. The right candidate will have a can-do attitude and is a positive team leader.
The Prince & The Pauper is well known for its superb food, creative cocktails, and impeccable service for over 49 years; all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are open five nights a week, Tuesday through Saturday in our charming, historic dining room (circa 1820).
