Digital Product Manager (Hybrid – New York, NY)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Digital DTC Product to own and execute a global direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital product roadmap. This role is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end customer journey across a rapidly growing eCommerce platform, improving user experience, and driving digital innovation through data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on website performance, customer behavior, and digital commerce best practices while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and engaging online experience.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management & Product Roadmap
- Manage and maintain the global eCommerce platform, ensuring ongoing functionality, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal product teams and external development partners to implement new features and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into digital solutions and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support the execution of the digital product roadmap and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
User Experience & Conversion Optimization
- Oversee the customer journey and proactively identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and execute A/B tests and user testing initiatives to optimize site performance.
- Partner with content and marketing teams to create high-performing landing pages and product detail pages.
- Champion customer-centric design principles and best practices across digital experiences.
Analytics & Performance Strategy
- Utilize web analytics and customer behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Monitor key website performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on emerging digital commerce trends and technologies.
- Use data-driven insights to influence product decisions and improve overall business performance.
Market Collaboration & Governance
- Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency and compliance with established digital commerce standards.
- Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders to share learnings, best practices, and performance insights.
- Track implementation of digital initiatives and provide feedback to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–2+ years of experience in digital product management, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and user experience improvements preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Google Analytics, or similar digital commerce and analytics platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional digital customer experiences.
