Job Summary:
A Data Entry Clerk works in A #1's invoicing/purchase order department, handling incoming and outgoing invoices. Their main duties include creating invoices for clients, ensuring all invoices are accurate, and resolving billing errors.
Job Responsibilities:

Data verification: Compare data against source documents at various stages of the process.

Data updates: Add new information to databases or records as it becomes available.

Data correction: Fix and modify inaccurate files and records.

Equipment/Warranty Registrations.

Security: Comply with security backups and regularly check to ensure data is stored and saved properly.

Assist with other clerical tasks, such as processing invoices or reviewing order returns.
