Sr. Actuarial Consultant, Health Exchange Solutions
Contributes to effective actuarial operations for Conduent and for clients of the Health Exchange practice. Provides accurate and timely financial/actuarial analysis in support of client's benefits programs, collaborating internally as well as with Conduent clients, prospects and service partners.

Delivery/Subject Matter Expertise
Provide effective/accurate actuarial consulting/analysis for RightOpt clients
Support actuarial team with program analysis, pricing and new business impact analysis
Achieves billable hours goal
Understands and meets the financial reporting requirements of the firm
Participates in producing proactive and technically correct advice for clients
Displays strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts
Participates in client meetings to present financial actuarial analysis
Ensures quality services are provided to clients (i.e. compliance with the peer review policy established for the practice)
Contributes to advancement of the financial team by seeking to learn and to share best practices
Keeps apprised of developments within the financial/actuarial area, maintain technical and professional expertise, and provided timely and accurate financial analysis to clients

Client Market
Prepares and adheres to schedules and budgets resulting in on-time, profitable projects
Consistently seeks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial/actuarial analysis for clients
Leadership, Innovation and Collaboration

Sharing and collaboration (examples may include: contributing client deliverables to the Consultant Work Product Library; submitting ideas to the Idea Management System; sharing ideas, best practices, approaches, templates, tools, etc. with colleagues on a formal or informal basis)
Education-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resource benefits consulting field preferred

Experience-5 years or more experience in the human resources field including financial/actuarial/underwriting analysis in the areas of benefits, consulting, technology and administration
