THE MAX Challenge of Manahawkin is looking for a motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members. If you are motivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you. Fitness background a plus.
Sales calls to leads
Generating leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach
Following up with prospect leads via phone and email
Manage leads within our CRM
Interact with members on social media
Assist in creating social media content
Light administrative duties
Deliver 5-star customer service
Must be available in early morning
Must have FB and IG knowledge
Must be fun, outgoing, and like a challenge
