Part of the CMO organization, the mission of the Global Audience & Digital Marketing Team is two-fold:

Deliver SAP’s brand narrative to defined audiences through integrated demand programs.
Provide our prospects and customers a more consistent and pioneering digital experience.
As we drive this mission, we are seeking an innovative and collaborative marketing leader to join our leadership team to develop and drive accountability and scale across our team. In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to standardizing, optimizing and measuring our programs and processes, managing cross team alignment with key stakeholders, standard operating model and planning process. Additionally, the team will run an Insights function that will support the leadership team with analysis, insights and recommendations on campaigns and business performance.

The right candidate will have a proven record of successfully standardizing and scaling global marketing programs, driving planning and marketing operating models, delivering strategic insights, business and marketing analytics and recommendations that enable executive decision making processes, and drive scale and impact of marketing programs. This person will demonstrate experience in managing and communicating with senior executives, working with sales, services, product marketing, and regional field marketing stakeholders as well as building global integrated marketing programs.


Strategic Planning and Governance

Serve as the single point of contact and strategic partner for the Marketing planning process, aligned with cross team stakeholders from digital, product marketing, field, brand, partners and business units.
Drive consistent planning process, governance and enablement across each LoB Programs team
In alignment with key marketing stakeholders, update and maintain the integrated campaigns operating model governing cross global, regional, digital and product marketing
Advise marketing leadership on project and investment prioritization to best align with the strategic goals of the company, by providing a sound business case and the cost/benefit analysis.
Establish policies, regulations, functions, processes, and procedures that support and scale LoB Programs and Shared Services teams.
Programs/Campaigns Center of Excellence

Build a consistent campaigns model, Bill of Materials and KPI standards and drive enablement and scale across the team
Identify, and consolidate best practices and processes to scale campaigns for global reach and impact
Provide consistent project management guidance, methods, systems, tools and metrics for optimized outcomes
Help establish and communicate a common approach to building campaigns by informing, communicating and training employees about best practice techniques, methodologies and best practices.
Serve as Global Audienc and Digital team’s main point of contact, expert and enablement resource for strategic initiatives like Marketing Automation, GDPR, SAP SAPPHIRE events and other initiatives as required.

Analyze campaigns and business results from the standard reporting tools generated by the Business Management Office and deliver strategic insights, business and marketing analytics and recommendations that enable ROMI analysis, and executive decision making to scale and maximize impact of our marketing programs
Support the leadership team with analysis, insights and recommendations on campaigns and business performance
In partnership with the Programs COE, LOB Programs and regional marketing teams, analyze, identify and recommend campaign best practices, best performing assets and channels
Partner with the BMO team to define milestones, metrics/KPIs and standard reports

Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
5-7+ years’ experience working in marketing operations or similar functions
Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
Knowledge of B2B customer lifecycle from awareness to advocacy
International experience, understands regional and country-level cultures, buying behaviors, maturity levels and understands the unique localization needs
Have championed or worked in a Global function, project/program management office, or Center of Excellence
