Our current opportunity is for an experienced Live Events Creative Director with experience working with or for production companies in the pharmaceutical space.

This is both a big idea and devil is in the details client facing lead role on our live event production team. Imagine taking a national sales meeting and transforming it into an evocative, tactical, inclusive, celebration that captures the moment, creates opportunity, and defines a culture. The Opportunity: Creative Producer

The ideal candidate will have live meeting experience, will have worked with production companies that produce sales meetings and product launch type events. Experience working with Life Science companies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction:
Responsible for developing and executing ideas and content for the production of live meetings within the life science industry.
Lead and oversee the creative process, provide creative direction to team members, approve content and own the event.
Creative responsibility for theming and campaigns, meeting openers, launch moments, video concepts, speech concept and writing, pre- and post- meeting communication campaigns

Sales support:
Responsible for the conceptual and executional elements of meeting related creative, including proposal writing and a key role in live presentations as part of the pitch team.

Relationship building

Gain the confidence and respect of clients; developing rapport with key stakeholders.
Be viewed by the client as the "creative owner" or "visionary" of the event.
