The Role

The Account Manager is a high impact position combining equal parts sales, relationship management and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of success in the IT Services industry having driven revenue retention and growth preferably in the SaaS space. This person will work best in a dynamic, fast paced, technology-driven environment to effectively manage a high volume of accounts.

Skills Required

An analytical and logical ability to understand the internal workflow of the customer and help them exploit the Linc platform
Sound technical acumen demonstrated by having a background in product management and delivery
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS startup
Ability to understand and solicit customer needs and manage customer expectations
Ability to negotiate priorities and close issues with executive level customer personnel

Generate scalable revenue and hit target quota on a quarterly and annual basis
Expand pre-existing and new customer relationships by encouraging adoption and managing annual recurring revenue
Manage customer needs for engagement with other Linc resources, such as engineering, product management and marketing teams
In collaboration with Marketing, develop and execute a comprehensive Retention Marketing plan
Assist in identifying and developing scalable account management tools and methodologies that can be applied across the Account Management team
Manage overall customer loyalty, serving as internal advocate and escalation point to customers
Proactive outreach to all customers to keep them informed of Linc’s product roadmap, events, press coverage, and case studies
Work with Accounting to reconcile monthly/quarterly billing cycles
Work with Marketing to help create Case Studies
Manage and maintain Customer Reference process


The ideal candidate will have experience working for SaaS-based firms who market B2C Services to E-Commerce retailers
3-5 years experience in Account Management role
Exposure to best practices for Customer Success Management
Experience with contract management
