- Responsible for all aspects of daily clerical and administrative duties under minimal supervision.
- Coordinates meetings, maintains calendar of appointments and events..
- Prepares various reports such as management and expense reports.
- Interfaces with key staff and all levels of employees.
- Provides administrative support to other departments as the need arises
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to solve problems by following procedures
- Ability to prioritize work and the flexibility to change directions as the job dictates
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees .
- Experience working in a long term care or hospital setting is a big plus.
