Join our growing team at Cadia Healthcare Hyattsville! We are currently in need of an Administrative Assistant with excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Responsible for all aspects of daily clerical and administrative duties under minimal supervision.
  • Coordinates meetings, maintains calendar of appointments and events..
  • Prepares various reports such as management and expense reports.
  • Interfaces with key staff and all levels of employees.
  • Provides administrative support to other departments as the need arises
Job Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to solve problems by following procedures
  • Ability to prioritize work and the flexibility to change directions as the job dictates
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Good written, oral, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees .
  • Experience working in a long term care or hospital setting is a big plus.
