As a Receptionist, youwill be the first point of contact for the department. Our Receptionist’sduties include offering administrative support across the organization. Youwill welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will alsocoordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence andredirecting phone calls.

Ultimately, aReceptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front deskwelcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to thehighest quality standards.


· Greet and welcome guests as soon asthey arrive at the office

· Direct visitors to the appropriateperson and office

· Answer, screen and forward incomingphone calls

· Ensure reception area is tidy andpresentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms andbrochures)

· Provide basic and accurate informationin-person and via phone/email

· Receive, sort and distribute dailymail/deliveries

· Order front office supplies and keepinventory of stock

· Update calendars and schedule meetings

· Keep updated records of office expensesand costs

· Perform otherclerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing andfaxing


· Proven work experience as aReceptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Hands-on experience with officeequipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

· Solid written and verbal communicationskills

· Bilingual (English and Spanish)

· Ability to be resourceful and proactivewhen issues arise

· Excellent organizational skills

· Multitasking and time-managementskills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

· High school diploma or GED
