Description:
Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school and 12 years of combined engineering and management experience
Achieved results in leading teams
Proficient in the following Microsoft Office Applications (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Outlook, SharePoint)
Prior oversight and management of a complete development project including financial and personnel management
Top Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance
PMP Certification

Experience working in support of any of the following:

Air/ground electronic detection and guidance devices
Next Generation Jammer (NGJ)
Aerial Common Sensor (ACS)
P80A or Boeing 737
Anti-Submarine Warfare systems
Anti-Surface warfare systems
Command, control, communications, computers, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)
Armed Surveillance and Maritime Strike Targeting (MST)
Mission Computing and Display Systems
EA-18 G Growler Aircraft
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
Manned and Unmanned EW and ISR systems
Digital Radio frequency Memory Technology (DRFM) or RF Engineering
Test Engineering
Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
Modeling and simulation
Tactical jamming pods
Tactical Combat Systems Trainers
Laser and microwave systems
EA-6B Prowler
EO/IR Engineering and Logistics
Depot level logistics
Navy Acquisition Engineering
Electro-magnetics, Power systems, Safety Engineering, Human factors engineering, Electrical design or mechanical design.
