This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to join its dynamic team. This person will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects, ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders and appropriate communication.
The ideal candidate must have experience with similar roles and show a keen eye for detail, excellent communication and project management skills. The ability to think critically and creatively, identify solutions to complex problems, and work efficiently under tight deadlines are essential qualities for this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Monitor and track the progress of the project and inform all stakeholders on the project status.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify risks early and provide required solutions.
Ensure all documents are properly documented, stored, and updated.
Assist in producing relevant reports and presentations.
Make recommendations on the most efficient ways to realize projects.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a business-related field
2 years of project coordination experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using project management tools and techniques
