Days/hours of work: 9am-5.30pm
Location: Boston – US office
Travel: Regular US travel up to 30%, Infrequent international travel

Aims of position:

ByBox are looking for a marketing professional who has a strong marketing background in Saas - Enterprise software solutions, specifically in the Field Service - ERP - Supply Chain area to lead the promotion of ByBox products and services in US with the objective of increasing market knowledge of Bybox, therefore, increasing sales and profitability and ultimately increasing the value of the ByBox business.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Working within ByBox’s overall Marketing plan:
  • Grow quality pipeline of early stage opportunities to drive sales growth in chosen markets by leading field marketing and demand generation process in close collaboration with sales leadership
  • Promote ByBox through appropriate channels to existing customers, new prospects, partners and investors
  • Create content and materials for key internal/external communications
  • Research markets, competitors and trends to inform marketing, sales and product strategies Control data and process for US region
  • Create localized website content to drive traffic and engagement of personas appropriate to ByBox’s objectives
  • Identify appropriate industry and customer events supportive of ByBox’s objectives and organize preparation, attendance and follow up
  • Manage USA website and social media channels
  • Establish and maintain media relations in key publications across US market

Skills and abilities:

  • Attentive to detail Excellent communicator whether written or spoken
  • Ability to define and run B2B marketing campaigns resulting in sales opportunities
  • Comfortable manipulating and interpreting data
  • Skilled user
  • Ability to create engaging content for website, exhibitions, presentations, social channels and the media
  • Understanding of inbound marketing practices
  • Ability to communicate and manage relationships with key stakeholders/influencers in and outside of the business

Qualifications and experience:


  • Background in Marketing Saas - Enterprise Software Solutions, specifically in the Field Service - ERP - Supply Chain arena
  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Deployment of successful demand generation campaigns in supply chain and or technology industries
  • Detailed knowledge of
  • Skilled user of Microsoft office and Adobe applications
  • Creation of marketing collateral and content
  • Delivery of industry attendance and customer events


  • Experience of marketing automation platforms eg hubspot
  • Previous involvement in website and SEO strategy implementation
  • Experience of international marketing and marketing teams
  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Involvement in marketing to Service Management or Service Supply chain technology Professional or degree level qualifications in marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
