- Lead the execution of CGS business development events, including all post-event outreach to participants while securing the next steps with the prospect.
-
Lead the discovery process to summarize the understanding, approach, and suggested service model for use with potential clients.
- Work between meetings with CGS senior leaders and other internal support staff to manage the key purchasing and operational activities needed to move sales opportunities through the funnel and into the final “closed” stage of the sales process.

-
Lead the prep, facilitation, and post-processing for client workshops, which senior executive leaders from the client firm typically attend.
- Lead account planning efforts with CGS personnel to identify and position future engagements with key client sponsors and influencers.
- Work directly with CGS senior leaders to develop and maintain trusted relationships with client teams.
