As a Technical Writer, you will provide quality technical writing and editorial support to ensure the publication of high quality documents in accordance with applicable style guides.. You will serve as part of a team of Training professionals interfacing with clients and their stakeholders. The client is based in Washington, DC

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new, and edit existing operational/procedural manuals, with client subject matter expert guidance
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of program documentation
  • Conduct annual updates to client product and services catalog
  • Provide comprehensive review, edits, and updates, with HSAI subject matter expert guidance
Provide comprehensive review, edits, and updates to career management guides, with client subject matter expert guidance Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style and content Create new and edit existing communications templates and materials Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in English or related field 5 years proven experience working in a technical writing position Proficiency in MS Office Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences Professional Skills: Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing administrative support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment Ability to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced client environment Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors Reliable and dependable with a willingness to occasionally work outside of standard business hours as needed to meet client deadlines and/or participate in corporate initiatives and professional development programs ICF offers an excellent benefits package, an award winning talent development program, and fosters a highly skilled, energized and empowered workforce.
