Job Description
Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Military Engines is seeking a leader with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to guide the P&W Team at Burlington ANG, VT, as a Field Service Representative (FSR). This position is a customer facing role in a high visibility and team-oriented environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with internal P&W teams (Customer Support Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Center, ALIS teams) to assist the unit in troubleshooting and resolution of emerging customer issues and maintaining flexibility to resolve constantly changing customer priorities
Using self-initiative and judgment to identify problems, conduct investigations to determine root cause, and coordinate solutions between P&W, the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office, and Lockheed Martin
We would also like you to be responsible for coordinating field issues with P&W Site Manager, Engineering, and Logistics Program Management
Developing and training your team of FSRs to reach their career growth potential and effectiveness, drive engagement within the team
Planning, organizing, coordinating, assigning, and evaluating work of assigned staff, providing guidance and direction - providing 1:1 performance feedback
Ensuring employees follow all UTC policies and procedures
Partnering with Leadership and Human Resources to manage employee relations
Recognize and reward team members for their contributions
Use initiative and judgment to identify problems, conduct investigations to determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
Support F-35A/F135 operations to include, systems, tooling, material, and processes
The FSR will have hands-on interaction with the engine (software and hardware), aircraft, and squadron personnel
Ensuring comprehensive reporting on support activities including aircraft and engine status, flight reports, operational data, engine configuration status and parts consumption
Meet Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and participate in Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) initiatives
Ability to travel for extended periods of time to support customer deployments, Domestic and International Travel and part of the team concept, and are expected to have the ability to rotate first and second shift schedules as required to meet customer support and team objectives
Education / Certifications
BS/BA degree required in engineering or related technical field. *Non-technical degrees will be considered if you possess professional technical experience (7-10 years) in engine/aircraft maintenance, logistics, and logistics support

Experience/Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

7-10 years of professional experience in engine/aircraft maintenance, logistics, and logistics support (including supply chain management and Support Equipment management)
US Citizenship required due to government contracts
You will possess a US Govt. Secret Clearance or have the ability to secure one for position requirements*
If you have had a clearance that has recently lapsed (not more than 2 years), please apply for consideration
Preferred Qualifications
You will have a background in ITAR/ITC for this assignment
You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
