Megaphone (formerly Panoply Media) is looking for a part-time (20 hours per week) Customer Support Associate to join our best-in-class Customer Experience team at our fast-paced podcast technology and ad services company. The Customer Support Associate is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a close knit and smart team of a rapidly growing business. Hours will be 5-9pm ET/2-6pm PT.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via live chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Analyze and report product bugs and other technical issues
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Keep shift incident report for next day follow-up
Escalate customer feedback to Manager of Customer Experience
Requirements

Bachelors degree preferred
2+ years of professional experience. Bonus points for experience in technical support of a technology platform or similar role.
Familiarity with the podcasting industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Multi-tasking abilities.
Patience and a cheerful disposition when handling tough customer interactions.
