WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE WITH VIVOOM

We are looking for a Director of Client Success to join our dynamic team managing and growing relationships with Vivoom’s high profile consumer goods & services clients, as they implement comprehensive User Generated Advertising strategies.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing Vivoom client relationships with senior business & marketing executives and leaders in brand management, creative, digital and content marketing in major national and international consumer goods & services companies. Your work will include both in-person and remote client interaction
  • Partner with client leaders to develop and implement comprehensive User Generated Advertising strategies
  • Coordinate conceptualization, development and delivery of User Generated Advertising programs supported by the Vivoom Consumer Activation Platform, interacting with cross-functional client teams and Vivoom’s creative, advertising operations, data management and engineering experts
  • Maximize the growth and lifetime value of Vivoom clients based on clearly demonstrable results
WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING TO VIVOOM

There are three specific experience profiles that we believe have the potential to be particularly successful in this role. In your application, please describe how your background fits with one or a combination of them:

1. Consumer Focused Strategy Consultant
  • 3-5 years total work and/or advanced study experience after undergraduate
  • 2+ years at one of the leading strategy consulting firms like Bain, McKinsey, BCG, Strategy&, Roland Berger, A.T. Kearney, L.E.K, Oliver Wyman, Accenture Strategy, Deloitte S&O
  • Considerable experience serving large consumer goods or services clients (companies with revenue exceeding $5B)
2. Consumer Brand Management Leader
  • 3-5 years total work and/or advanced study experience after undergraduate
  • 2+ years in a brand management role at a large consumer goods or services company (companies with revenue exceeding $5B)
  • Considerable experience leading marketing and/or brand management projects with responsibility for coordinating across cross-functional teams
3. Consumer Focused Agency Leader
  • 3-5 years total work and/or advanced study experience after undergraduate
  • 2+ years in an account management or strategist role at a full service or digital agency, with team management experience
  • Considerable experience serving large consumer goods or services brands (companies with revenue exceeding $5B)
Other experiences that are a plus but not required:
  • MBA or advanced degree in engineering or analytical field
  • Startup experience
