Job Description:
As a Detail Inspector, you'll perform inspections in accordance with manufacturer instructions, airworthiness directives, FAA regulations, and industry standards. You’ll be responsible for conducting preliminary, in-process, and final inspections on aircraft parts and assemblies to ensure they meet required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Familiarize yourself with inspection methods, tools, and equipment.

Ensure inspection tools are in proper working order and calibrated.

Perform thorough inspections and record all findings.

Replace failed sub-assemblies, parts, or components to restore functionality.

Assist repair technicians and engineers as needed.

Adhere to inventory control practices and interpret OEM manuals.
Qualifications:
Required:

Powerplant License
-
Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Proficiency with hand and pneumatic tools

Ability to troubleshoot and isolate failures

Knowledge of inspection procedures and calibration

Familiarity with borescope operations
Preferred:

CFM56 experience
-
Experience with Quantum aviation software

Spanish language proficiency
