Currently seeking an entrepreneurial spirited Director of Sales in the Denver, CO area to join a global leader in mobile messaging solutions. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years’ proven hunter-type experience selling messaging solutions in the mobile telecommunication or IT/computer industry. This individual will execute a sales strategy within an assigned region and drive revenue growth by developing new customers in the enterprise space.
Responsibilities of the Director of Sales
Reports to the AVP of Americas Sales and he/she will be focused on the enterprise space throughout the Americas.
Responsible for spearheading sales efforts for our NetSfere Secure Messaging and Enterprise Messaging Service (EMS) suite of products.
Exceeds internal and external customer expectations with a dedication to customer excellence.
Creative problem solver and a strong ability to organically identify use cases based on customer challenges.
Assist Sales Engineers in delivering proof of concept/pilot projects to demonstrate the value of Infinite Convergence’s solutions.
Assist Marketing with competitive analyses, trade shows, case studies, creating demo scripts, demo videos and white papers.
Work closely with Product Management to understand and help develop Infinite Convergence’s product roadmap.
Work as a key member of the Sales Team driving revenue growth in the region.
Find new business through existing relationships, the company generated leads and personally generated leads.
Work cooperatively with other regions on National Accounts.
Exceed sales quotas set by Infinite Convergence by driving direct sales aggressively through sales best practices, training and support.
Execute sales plan as part of the sales team and provide a weekly update of partners’ pipeline and forecast through the CRM system (sf.com).
Articulate Infinite Convergence product features and differentiated offerings to audiences ranging from CxOs to engineers in primarily the enterprise space.
Requirements of the Director of Sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering. (a combination of education and experience would be considered);
8+ years’ proven hunter-type experience selling messaging solutions in the mobile telecommunication or IT/computer industry;
Mobile Messaging (A2P) and/or secure messaging experience is highly desirable;
Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and closing deals as you work with C-level and other decision-makers;
A seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality, self-starter, and ready to hit the ground running with existing relationships;
Willingness to travel on company business on an as needed basis with short notification;
A self-disciplined person who is organized and able to work with minimum supervision;
A proactive and can-do attitude with a strong entrepreneurial spirit;
Strong sales presentation skills with very good interpersonal relationship skills;
Experience with CRM programs (sf.com), Microsoft Office, and mobile applications;
Travel up to 50%.
