Primary responsibilities include; formatting and proofreading, file maintenance, client intake process, time entry, maintaining attorneys’ calendars, along with a variety of other administrative duties. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We seek a team oriented, dedicated professional with superior client service skills and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will be able to consistently follow precise direction and have strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced legal environment. Demonstrated proficiency utilizing MS Office Suite is required. Qualified candidates will have five or more years’ experience in Trusts & Estates and/or Corporate Law.
