The Account Manager is responsible for managing all activities of assigned client accounts. They work closely with the other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage decisions and recommendations identified internally with cross-functional teams under direction of the Account Lead, which are communicated and implemented with the Client, including:
Project briefs, plans/timelines, and budgets
Works closely with each of the internal teams to manage team communication regarding projects, timelines, budget
Accountable for the financial health of account and forecast, partnering with Financial Coordinator to ensure accurate invoicing and maintenance of financial reports to ensure budgets are met and accurately maintained
Proactively manages financial concerns with Client and leadership team
Attends all appropriate Client meetings, market research, and events, providing follow up documentation of key learning
Assists with new business needs as requested

Expected travel to Client meetings and community/educations events: Up to 25%

Ability to understand, manage, and communicate Client expectations and perspective
Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong financial management and comprehension
Social media savvy, utilizing active personal and professional accounts
Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Keynote

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
2 to 4 years of agency experience (healthcare marketing preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in related field
