Data Tagging Analyst

Overview of Deliverables:

o 7+ years experience in a Senior Digital Analyst or similar role within an agile environment

o Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA preferred

o IBM Analytics/Coremetrics

o Proven experience and understanding of analytics solutions, tag management tools and tracking capabilities and in performance optimization on digital platforms

o Experience in media or retail industry preferred

o Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a multi-function organization

o Relationships within technology and digital media industry

More Specifics (from the team):

  • If anyone has experience with any version of IBM Analytics/Coremetrics, that would be a plus. However, I should note that while we do use IBM/CM, it is not as common in the industry as Adobe Analytics/Omniture or Google Analytics, and while we don’t want to make those a requirement, if they’ve done work on those systems, we’d still probably be interested.
  • A big part of this position is knowledge of databases and data analytics in general, which is why we’re not specific about some of the exact products we use (we use Tealium for tag management and work on responsive websites, mobile applications (i.e. iOS and Android), and other miscellaneous devices (i.e. Apple Watch, Apple TV, Roku, etc…))
  • So basically IBM Analytics/Coremetrics and Tealium Tag Management are good signs, but not exactly necessary (if we make them a hard requirement the number of candidates will drop precipitously).
