Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories, a nationally recognized laboratory, is searching for a GMP Lab Operations Project Manager to support our Professional Scientific Services group in Foster City, CA

GMP Lab Operations Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Design and maintain GMP Training Program for methods such as UPLC/HPLC, Dissolution, GC, DSC/TGA, and KF titration
Support the ongoing effectiveness and compliant status of the Training Program
Performs needs and impact assessments to identify training and other performance improvement activities necessary to enable staff to remain effective, compliant, and efficient in performing their assigned tasks
Contrstructs and maintains role-based training requirements and associated curricula, including procedural/read-and-understand, instructor-led/classroom and On-th-Job Training (OJT) modules
Develop training plans for new and existing staff based on their assigned roles and responsibilities
Develops and delivers training programs designed to enhance the compliance and/or technical competence of staff
Develops training and procedures to support execution of GMP and GLP activities
Collaborates with internal and external customers and stakeholders, as needed, in investigative activities to determine role of training/human performance factors in discrepancy events
Identify and collaborate to implement effective mitigation strategies
Utilizes metrics to determine training effectiveness and identify trends
Utilizes GXPLearn and other tools to meet training objectives

The ideal candidate would possess:
Demonstrated success training in GMP regulated analytical environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with people from a wide range of skill levels and experience
Ability to communicate complex scientific findings and recommendations in one-on-one discussions and departmental meetings
Excellent technical writing experience in a regulatory environment such as protocols, reports, and SOPs
Demonstrated ability to work as an independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, result-driven and highly flexible team-player in a fast-paced working environment
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail; excellent project management skills including the ability to manage ones project resource requirements (material, manpower, time, etc.), and ability to elevate relevant issues to project lead and line-management
Ability to work with internal and external clients, and possess self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Strong focus on quality, teamwork, and productivity
Proactive, positive, solution-oriented leadership style with ability to prioritize and coordinate simultaneous projects with varying deadlines
Strength in employee engagement, morale, and retention

Basic Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. in Chemistry or Biology and 2+ years of experience, or M.S. in Chemistry or Biology with some industry experience
Project Management experience a plus
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Position is full-time, Monday through Friday (8 a.m.-5p.m.), with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Foster City, California are encouraged to apply.
