Duties:
- Answer phone calls and scheduling
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Cordinate appointments for staff members
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, transcribing, and data entry
- Assist with project coordination by organizing documents, emails, permits, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office/field operations
Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
