What You'll Do
Engage with product customer and via JIRA, email, IM/chat, phone, etc.
Perform regular functional testing and regression testing with each feature release
Maintain ticketing system for bug tracking and feature development
Help new external systems integrate with product s APIs
Regularly update test plans to reflect newly developed features
Periodically update training materials
Qualifications and Technical Knowledge
Eight (8) years and no degree; OR Six (6) years and a relevant associates degree; OR Four (4) years and a relevant bachelor s degree; OR Two (2) years and a relevant master s degree
The individual shall possess two (2) years of experience in the testing of systems at the component, integration, system, and end-to-end levels
Individual shall have a combination of two (2) or more of the following skills:
Understanding of basic UNIX, DOS and Windows commands
Writing test cases and writing discrepancy reports
Ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies
Ability to create, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for all developed software and systems
Ability to create test specifications and test cases as required to ensure validation of all defined requirements
Ability to develop and run regression tests to ensure products are backwards compatible
Ability to use automated functional graphical user interface testing tools
Experience working with Scrum or other agile software development processes
