If so, the Space Ground and Communications Organization is looking for you. The SG&CS organization is a highly dynamic and growing organization that plays a vital role in providing critical intelligence solutions by optimizing satellite constellations, processing data through its entire life cycle and developing reliable cutting-edge infrastructure for information dissemination across a global network and to a variety of programs.
We are seeking you, a dedicated System Engineer for the Grimlock Enterprise Information Technology (IT) Security Services contract in Northern Virginia. The award date for this program is second quarter 2019. In this important role, you will be responsible for cutting edge Cyber Security and Cross Domain Workflow Development as well as Design and Integration across multiple programs, sites and customers. The primary work location will be on a customer site in the Chantilly VA area.
We are looking for teammates with outstanding interpersonal skills, who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of a team developing new concepts, designs and delivering innovative and affordable capabilities to customers in a new/emerging domain.
You will have experience designing, integrating and testing complex systems as well as general systems engineering experience including:
  • writing deliverable documentation, requirements, test procedures, and users’ manuals.
  • Involvement in all phases of software development and verification as required, i.e., development of software requirements and design documents, project plans, test plans, test execution, and training customers on the use of the products.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

  • The anticipated program award date is second quarter 2019. All offers of employment will be contingent based upon contract award.

  • Bachelors Degree or experience in lieu of degree
