TPI Composites has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Executive Assistant with a Human Resource background/skill set. This role will provide an extensive level of support to the COO and Global Operations executive leaders in the organization.
The perfect candidate will be an experienced professional who has demonstrated strong business acumen while working in a highly fluid environment and have advanced prioritization abilities to complete a high volume of complex tasks autonomously. This individual must successfully present levity, professionalism and possess exemplary interpersonal skills. This role will require the right person to always exercise a high level of discretion, have the skill set to wear multiple hats, be extremely detail oriented and effectively communicate both internally and externally.
Dynamic coordination of multiple calendars
Domestic and international travel planning (including passport and visa acquisition)
Preparation and reconciliation of expense reports
Meeting and event planning
Preparing reports and financial data
Communication of messaging to customers and stakeholders with international scope.
Prioritize conflicting needs with excellent judgment; handles matters expeditiously and with enthusiasm; and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Working within the EA team and providing backup support to the EA team when needed
This role will also be the HR support person at the corporate office. Duties with this role include but are not limited to:
Managing the new hire process including pre-employment background and drug screens, I-9 verifications, and requesting all new hire paperwork and documentation to prepare for payroll
Creation of invitation letters for international traveling associates and guests
Maintaining E-Verify compliance and records
Administration of DocuSign program for paperwork flow for the US based sites
5+ years of one-on-one experience supporting a senior executive (complex calendar management, meeting coordination, domestic and international travel coordination, etc.
Proficient in spreadsheet, presentation, and spreadsheet software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general MS Windows operations
Exceptional written and verbal skills - organize, develop, and deliver clear and concise messages
Ability to consistently follow through and take ownership of projects
Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential
Ability to work independently
Exercise good judgment and discretion, analyzing and resolving confidential, difficult, and sensitive situations; ability to anticipate, to take initiative, and to resolve issues
General knowledge of all facets of executive administration, to include phone and in-person business protocol, composition of letters and memos, travel arrangements, event planning, and all other relevant items
Sense of urgency and takes initiative
