Enlivant is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Enlivant Support Center in Downtown Chicago!

ABOUT YOU:
Provide executive support to CEO and COO. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and be a strong communicator (both written and verbal). Liaison to the board of directors and senior management team. Complete ownership of all board meetings logistics. Ideal candidate will be able to take on projects from inception to completions with ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:
Manage calendars for CEO and COO
Arrange busy travel schedule ensuring executive’s time outside the office is maximized
Plan meetings from invitees list to travel/hotel logistics
Provide supervision to two receptionists and manage their workload, including ordering office supplies, kitchen supplies, and maintaining/organizing copy/supply rooms
Administrative/logistical support for board meetings
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

Ability to work independently
Ability to work on competing priorities simultaneously and to turn on a dime as priorities shift
Ability to work with confidential information and maintain complete discretion
Problem solving skills
The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed
The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position
Preferred Qualifications

5-7 years of experience supporting C-level executives
Experience working for multiple people
