Job Summary

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition leader, is the driving force of recruiting top talent and building a pipeline of quality candidates. Understands the talent landscape to develop and utilize creative sourcing strategies. Collaborates and builds strong relationships with clients as well as other key stakeholders. Responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the recruiting process end to end and providing consultation on all aspects of the hiring process.
Qualifications

Required:
Three (3) years experience in recruitment, employment and Human Resources; healthcare or hospital experience.
Bachelors Degree or commensurate experience.
Experience utilizing and maintaining applicant tracking systems. Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management. Ability to work in a fast pace high volume environment. Professional presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of recruitment in healthcare. Excellent computer skills. Current knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards; care with sensitivity and respect; advance care through development of new ideas and technology; promote teamwork to achieve CHOC's mission; and understand and exceed customer expectations.

Preferred:
Five (5)+ years experience in recruitment, employment and Human Resources within the healthcare environment.
BA/BS degree
AIRS certification
