Description/Job Summary

Collaborate with all levels in departments company-wide to strength and formulate strategic solutions, communications, and Provider, Field Sales and Vendor visits and events, while maintaining and processing all requests for Marketing projects and Provider sponsorships

Partner with sales and marketing to coordinate, plan and administer visits, including but not limited to executive overview, itineraries, calendars, travel arrangements, hotel coordination, lunch and dinner planning, entertainment, product coordination, tours and executive summary execution/distribution
Coordinate with Senior Leadership during Provider visits, attend all meetings, and provide executive summaries for Senior Leadership
Formulate appropriate communication solutions by partnering with the Senior Sales team to develop and support key goals and priorities for each product launch
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Research & Development (R&D) to develop and streamline processes between departments
Assess, oversee and maintain project management system for prioritizing and assigning requests for the Marketing department while ensuring information is current and accurate on a daily basis
Obtain marketing feedback from Senior Sales team and R&D teams to determine opportunities for department improvements
Maintain tracking for all domestic sponsorships by territory and communicate directly with Field Sales to determine budget, and submit and send check requests
Main contact and communicator for internal customers at initiation of all projects for the Marketing department
Communicate project timelines, plans, and strategies to Designers, Videographers, Photographers, Web, Digital and internal customers
Work closely with Senior Director of Marketing and Senior Leadership to draft comprehensive strategic briefs and then transition them into creative briefs
Coordinate and maintain training records for the Marketing department and the Trademark Database
Coordinate yearly Provider customer gifts for both Pride and Quantum accounts
Research pricing to determine the most cost-effective solution and order all Pride and Quantum promotional items for provider shows
Maintain tracking for the Marketing budget including but not limited to tradeshows, digital, print, media, and sponsorships
Coordinate all swatch and paint chip samples for Field Sales
Coordinate Government Affairs shows including itineraries, travel arrangements and shipping promotional materials
Prepare the Return on Investment (ROI) summary for all Provider requests for sponsorship including working through the detail on needs, and seeking cost conscious solutions and alternatives where applicable
Provide monthly summary of unit/dollar growth for all Provider visits throughout the year and determine when ROI is met and provide report summary
Remain conscious of yearly budget allowance for Sponsorships and Provider visits and provide a monthly budget summary to Regional Managers and Sales and Marketing Leadership
Perform special project coordination as needed
Assist the Sales Management and Marketing teams with annual projects such as various industry trade shows
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Preferred Skills

Intermediate working knowledge of tradeshows and the hospitality industry preferred
Required Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a project coordination role inclusive of coordinating meetings and/or events, managing projects and utilizing Project Management Systems in a team-oriented business environment
At least 3 years of experience tracking, summarizing and reporting on information maintained in spreadsheets
Preferred Experience

At least 1 year of experience working with vendors and external sources preferred
Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
Required Education

High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education

Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
