Job Description:
Goettl is seeking a remote skilled and experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Google Ads ecosystem, with additional experience in Meta, Bing, and other platforms. You will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI on a substantial annual ad spend.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and other platforms.

Oversee a significant ad spend budget of $500k-$1M per year, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) for efficient tracking and analysis of marketing efforts.

Provide regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to senior management.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience managing SEM campaigns, particularly within the Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Adwords) required.

Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a must.

Proven track record of managing ad spend budgets ranging from $500k to $1M per year.

Experience with Hubspot and Service Titan is a plus.

Experience in landing page development and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is highly desirable.

Prior experience in the home services industry is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.

Potential of 10% travel.
