Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices; purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency; manage budgets and forecasts; perform quality controls and monitor KPIs; formulate strategic and operational objectives; examine financial data and use them to ensure accountability; supervises and directs personnel; assigns duties and responsibilities.
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track progress using appropriate verification techniques.
Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant.
Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization. Assists Managing Director in Business Development activities.

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected

Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred; Six years progressively responsible management experience. Additional education beyond Bachelor's may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
