Assist the stores, regions and national payroll center by maintaining compensation plan data in the Company's pay system for associate and management variable pay plans across the organization. Provide ongoing support to stores to maintain data integrity with new and updated compensation plans ensuring accurate payouts. Facilitate data reporting and analysis.
Regularly interacts with Information Technology partners on reporting and development requests. Provide daily support to stores (Controllers), regions and the National Payroll Center (Payroll Coordinators) on related pay plan and system questions.
Gather metrics from BPMS (Business Process Management System) daily to enter compensation components such as commission/pay rates and percentages in pay system rate tables on new or updated compensation plans. Initiate workflow process upon completion that defaults email communication to stores. (30%)
Provide support to the stores and the National Payroll Center during payroll processing by responding to inquiries and resolving data and system issues. (20%)
Provide ongoing daily support to field by identifying and analyzing issues and responding to questions. (20%)
Act as a liaison between the business partners, management and Information Technology on reporting requests(20%)
Facilitate standard and ad-hoc reporting to region and corporate departments and complete data analysis as requested. (10%)

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance or related field of study or experience.
2-3 years related or progressive experience.
Experience with pay system or other business management systems preferred.
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency sufficient to analyze and report on data. Working knowledge of Access database to handle large data volume. Basic knowledge and experience with remaining Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated analytical skills with good attention to detail to identify variances and draw conclusions.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to provide daily support to multiple offices and ascertain business needs.
Ability to prioritize workload with a good sense of urgency for processes based on business needs.
Ability to maintain discretion with confidential compensation information.
Must meet company's requirements for employment.
Prolonged periods of personal computer use.
