Bytedance Monetization Team is looking for accomplished digital ads Product Manager/Director and Product Marketing Manager/Director to drive revenue to leading advertisers across the US & Japan. We aim to reinvent the way we advertise on TopBuzz & Tik Tok while enhancing brand messaging for our clients.
Product Manager/Director (Monetization | Ads)
1.Plan, design, iterate and enrich our ad product lines, including the ad platform, performance ads, brand ads, data management platform and mobile ad network.
2.Lead project teams to fulfill key objectives and results related to revenue growth.
3.Lead the vision to innovate our ad products and establish our competitive advantage in the long term, by creatively aligning client's goals with the future of our products and AI technologies.
Qualifications - Minimum
1.BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
2.3 years of product management or product design experience in ad products.
3.Working knowledge in advertising systems and machine learning technologies.
4.Deep understanding of social/video communities.
5.Basic knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
6.Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
7.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
8.Fluent in English or Chinese.
