Woven is a Los Angeles based creative studio that designs and curates the finest rugs in the world. With a rich history of over 50 years of curating antique and vintage rugs.
We are looking for a warehouse associate & driver to join our team in Inglewood. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. This job operates in a warehouse setting, off-site within residential homes & 3rd party businesses.
You will handle warehouse operations, deliver products, and install rugs in clients' homes. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to lift heavy objects. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct on-site installations, deliveries, collections & transfers of Woven inventory.
● Maintain professional conduct during client facing services.
● Follow established best practices for inventory control, handling, and documentation.
● Prepare inventory for shipment by retrieving items from storage, conditioning, and packaging them for delivery.
● Unload, verify, and store incoming inventory.
● Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
● Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
● Oversee stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
● Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or defects to ensure that all outgoing orders meet company standards.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
● Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
● Experience with white glove installation is a plus.
● Comprehension of common logistics documents and best practices.
● Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
● Strong sense of urgency when completing tasks.
● Fluency in Spanish a plus, but not required.
● Must be able to hear and speak effectively in English.
