ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your #1 focus will be to ensure our communications are received by the right consumers, at the right time and with the right content
Manage all email marketing initiatives to drive company growth
Manage the end-to-end process to develop and execute emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Build batch and trigger campaigns; upload images; Q/A deploy email campaigns; A/B test; code and edit HTML; and verify copy, layouts, links and dynamic content within pre-defined SLAs.
Familiarize yourself with: the framework of campaigns; buyer personas; target marketing activities along the customer journey and buying cycle; lead routing; list uploads; and data management between systems
Assist in the analysis of online and offline conversions and recommend optimizations in the sales funnel
Triage and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause, potential solutions and communicate statuses and follow up
Ensure all emails follow best practices and follow Domestic & International Compliancy laws
Oversee management of email calendar, optimizing user response and evenly distribute daily/weekly email volume
Analyze and report on email campaign metrics; identify trends and insights, and make recommendations on new nurture marketing campaigns based on lead behavior and/or content gaps
2-4 years of experience with coding, testing and deploying responsive email campaigns within an ESP. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is preferred
BA/S in Marketing/Business/CIS preferred or equivalent experience
Knowledge of HTML, CSS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, CSS, Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
Knowledge of a web analytics tool. Omniture/Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics a plus.
Experience with a CRM system ,preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AKA Exact Target)
Performance and results-oriented, must have a proven background in A/B testing and optimizations
Strong interest in the latest technology, industry trends and best practices for digital marketing. Very open to learning new digital marketing tools.
Ability to work autonomously and have excellent attention to detail. Must be highly motivated.
